Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.” This document was formed shortly after WWII after the horrific events that transpired throughout the war.

This video explores the 9th article and how these articles, despite having been written decades ago, can still ring as true in the present day. The inspiration I had for this came from my friend and the experience she went through with her father as he faced the possibility of deportation due to profiling. I wanted to emphasize how in a single moment of prejudice, someone can turn your life around.
